MORNING VERSES

I heard the alarm crying,
the birds telling
me to wake up.
Obviously, the bed was tired,
I was engaged with snoring,
the alarm kept crying,
Never stopping,
until it tears filled my eardrums.
It's time to open a new page.
I was told two things in my dream;
keep taking risk,
never eat with fear.
