Do you see love

DO YOU SEE LOVE? Love a recondite word. Easy to find, difficult to explain, And mightier than a sword. Love is as plain as a window pane, And stronger than a cord. Do you see love? A missing angel strew with a regalia of gold, Sent by God to desend on every soul. She has a baleful look, With her teeth brighter than a coal. And the lyrics in her book, Are stolen by wandecoal. Love, a verdant tree, Bearing hope, joy and happiness. In her strenght, her branches remain strong, Enjoying her sweetness. She work with a bond, Preaching purity and holiness. Happily does she spread her light, In the heart of loverbirds. Tilly-loo, Tilly-loo Loverbirds huff her song. And her soul round the world, Meant for both dawn and dusk. Do you see love, Stealing segun's heart through his brain? Like a nightengale, she sang to him a song. Making him  crane, While his eyes rain. Do you see love? Call the police for a fight; For she made me high like a crane-fly, While play...

Poetry and I

POETRY AND I. Do you know how it feels, When you have thousand of words stuck in your head, Yet no zeal to ink down?. Do you know how it feels, When your thought is deeper than an ocean, Yet your paper remain blank?. Do your know how it feels, When words can't express emotion?. Do you know how it feels, When your vocabullary is incapeble of streaming through your mind, Down to your mighty pen?. Do you know how it feels, When emptiness create a lacuna between you 'nd poetry; Making man's vision and thought fade in the brain? It's call a block. Yes a block, Creating a brigde between poetry and I. Runing after poetry for words In my brain; Far and near I search but noting seems to appear on my page. Writer's block is a cage; Meant for human regardless of your age. But my heart is a stage, Meant for poetry to stay, Yet crumpled paper and broken pen kill my days. A sad story when my brain keep juglling word round my world, Strugling to produce ...

Prostitution

Prostitution Different paints on their face like a rainbow, Different colour on their lips like a chameleon, They can't find their hair, Brazilian and Morocco sheep skin is switch to hair. Their skin is black and white like my granpa first television, Broken clothes on a piece tattered skin .                      AFOLABI They come out at night fully suited up like a soldier going to war but with their weapons fully exposed, They are ready to aim and take down any suspect that shows a sign of being loaded, Business moguls ready to sell if you want to buy, Ready to give as long as you ask. They don't just sell sex, They sell ruins.                             D...

Joint poem

Love Love is extraordinary It is more of ordinary And it is a feeling which binds two people together aboriginally. Oh love oh love You are a feeling which can't be left aside A feeling which comes in and if gone will surely leave besides. Teekay Love is a woman, her beauty will turn dust, Love is a man, don't put your trust, Love has a twin sister and she is lust. Love makes wood feel like an iron and rust, Love is the food I so much disgust. Love is the air we breath, it's a must, Love is the last, middle and the first. Afolabi onlyGodknows This is helping and encouraging With smiles and sincere words of praise And the showing of affection in many ways. This is giving up your last, With all your heart, Just for another to last. This is helping, supporting, encouraging. But mostly This is love. ©vecxux Love, that one emotion I dread. It's a wonderful feeling, some say. But it has done more harm than good. What exactly is it to love? When Pete...

MY MOTHER !! An embodiment of care and love, When you meet her, You'll find out... It's not mere bluff. I've been with women whose Character resembled hers, but Never have I been With a woman like her. If you ask me, She's the type of woman only an Archeologist can discover. Rare.       KEHINDE MUKHTAR My mother my mother My mother is who I love Whose love comes from above Even in situations which is tough. My mother is who I referred to as love Whose love can never be compared to other loves I never regret loving my love Because she will forever be my first love. The definition of my mother is love.               Prince Teekay I was offered the mighty pyramids at gizeh, The best of gold from Romania, The fabulous diamonds from sierra Leone, Guess what? I chose "my mother". "I love you", I've deceived many with this. She's love herself, no deceit Her gaze, her smile, he...

My mother Beautiful as a goddess of sunshine Her strides elegant like that of a queen Oh, she really is a queen Her smile is a motivation on its own Mama is full of stories of when she was younger Even though these stories have blunders They sound good to my ears She becomes too emotional sometimes Very tiring as it may seem I still can't bear the thought of losing her                             Ayobami              My Mother is my father, Don't bother to ask further.
