Okele

 Okélé

Finely forged,
With my "blacksmithing" fingers
To little nutritive Olumo rocks.
A messenger,
Sends in the tasty tone of Èfó,
Past the desert of my throat
To my patiently-waiting bowel.
Enriched Bowel,
Dances, smiles and reverberates,
"Oh Okele, how mystic thou art? "

Staining the fingers
Sweet on throat
Licking the fingers
Swallowing the Morsels
Fulling the belling
Energizing the body
Nourishing the soul
Okele
The divine ancestral Morsel

The Savior of my ancestors from the sixties
Chicken is the best friend, ask we of the nineties
"Okro" the best escort down the throat
"Ewedu"make a good delivery down the road
Remember , the more you swallow, the more the faeces.

Made from all the rough
Carried in a lot of bulk
With sweat and water in love
All that is graced is poured in hot
Taken to the factory of works

       "Okele" means swallow food
